Multimodal Guest Assistance

Visual Recognition Guests can snap a photo of a broken AC unit or a spilled drink. The AI identifies the issue instantly, categorizes the urgency, and alerts maintenance.

Seamless Wayfinding "Where is the gym?" The AI provides a map or a photo of the entrance tailored to the guest's current location.

Menu Intelligence Guests can photograph dietary restrictions, and the AI will scan your restaurant's menu to recommend safe, personalized dishes.

The Finishing Touch

The technical architecture is complete. Now, we are giving our AI a heart. We have officially moved from the development phase to The Mentorship Stage. We are currently working side-by-side with veteran hoteliers and hospitality experts to train our model in the nuances of empathy, the art of de-escalation, and the 'sixth sense' of service that only a human knows. We aren't just building a tool; we are raising a digital colleague.
